Start with the right name
The sign-up form says your full name must be the same as your bank account name
. Get that right when you
register. If you made a mistake, raise it with Live Chat before your first deposit, not when you are trying to
withdraw.
Turnover and win over
Turnover is written as a multiple, such as x5. In the platform's examples, the deposit and the bonus are added
together and multiplied by that figure to give a win over amount, and the terms then say what you
get (dapat
). Read win over as the target the offer has to reach before it pays out; if you are unsure how your
balance counts towards it, ask Live Chat before you play.

The numbers are quoted from the offers' terms as listed on 1 November 2026. Two things decide the last column: whether the bonus is taken off (next section), and whether the offer has a payout cap. Turnover multiples on the listed offers run from x1.5 (the 5% Unlimited Bonus) to x30 (Downline Deposit Free).
Some terms also list a rollover. Most mark it as not applicable; the Weekly Rebate is the exception, with no turnover but a x3 rollover.
Cuci tolak bonus
Cuci
is the everyday word for cashing out, and tolak bonus
means the bonus is subtracted. On offers
marked this way, the bonus amount comes off when you withdraw. The platform's own numbers show it:
- 50% Welcome: reach RM225, get RM210. The RM15 bonus is taken off.
- 12% All Day: reach RM100.80, get RM97.20. The RM3.60 bonus is taken off.
- 35% BNG Daily: reach RM540, get RM505. The RM35 bonus is taken off.

Max payment and min withdraw
Max payment is the most an offer will pay out, however far past the target you go. Min withdraw, used on free credit, is the amount the credit has to reach before you can withdraw at all.

Free credit is worth its cap, not its face value. RM89 of free credit with a RM10 maximum payment can never pay out more than RM10, and only after the credit has reached RM1,335.
Below credit RM0.10
All the free credits, the weekly reloads, the VIP bonuses and several others list below credit RM0.10
: you can
only claim them when your balance is under ten sen. In practice, your current balance has to be played down or
withdrawn before the next of these offers can start.
The daily check-in adds a related rule: one bonus per deposit. If you use a qualifying deposit for another offer, you need a fresh deposit for the check-in reward.
What can void a bonus
- Buying or saving free games, saving wilds or saving angpao while a bonus is active.
- Playing a game on the offer's banned-game list, which every offer links to.
- Playing games outside the ones the offer names. The games table shows which count for which offer.
- Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, batch registrations and team abuse, which disqualify players from the referral leaderboard.
The terms are blunt about the cost: a violation forfeits all points.
